SL-1A spring-operated mechanism
Main application
This spring mechanism can match the indoor vacuum circuit breaker of 12 kV, 24 kV, 40.5 kV, and also can match the vacuum circuit breaker of ring network cabinet which has comparable closing power, and its performance is in line with GB1984 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker", IEC62271.100 related technical standards, and meets the American standard free release function.
Working conditions
A. The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +70℃ and the lower limit is -40℃;
B.The altitude is not more than 2000m above sea level;
C. Relative humidity daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
Saturated water vapor pressure daily average is not greater than 2.2X10-3Mpa, monthly average is not greater than 1.8X10-3 Mpa;
D. No fire, explosion, serious filth, corrosion and violent vibration of the place;
E. Special use of the environment should be consulted in advance to determine.
Distinctive feature
1. Lubrication: international high quality imported grease is used to meet the use in -60℃~+120℃ ambient temperature;
2. Shaft fitting: adopting unique lubrication structure and high-quality imported bearings to improve the long-lasting lubrication and mechanical reliability of the shaft fitting;
3. Output combination parts: adopting unique anti-loosening structure and high quality imported spring material to improve the reliability of opening/closing performance;

6. Anti-corrosion performance: mechanical workpiece adopts trivalent chromium nickel plating plating process, salt spray test can reach 500 hours and above;
7. Main structure: modular design, convenient combination assembly, improve assembly precision, enhance mechanical reliability and stability;
8. Service life: can meet the mechanical 20,000 times or 30,000 times.
