The company is located at 216 Xinlang Road, Yuyao Industrial Zone, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of nearly 40,000 square meters and a standard production workshop of more than 30,000 square meters. At present, there are 250 employees, of which 30% are technicians with professional titles or above. The company has nearly 150 sets of numerical control machining equipment and special process processing equipment. It has one domestic leading local and overall numerical control heat treatment production line for carburizing and carbonitriding and one special zinc-nickel alloy surface treatment production line. There are eight assembly lines for various operating mechanisms. Enterprises implement information management, the introduction and application of ERP warehouse management system, design using pro/E,CAD and other software, not only to speed up the design and development speed, but also to ensure the correctness of the design. After 20 years of persistence and exploration, "Shun Liri" has not only been affirmed by well-known domestic enterprises, but also favored by high-voltage switchgear manufacturers in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States and other countries and regions. At present, the annual production and sales capacity of various operating mechanisms exceeds 70,000 units, and the company has accumulated more than 570,000 units of 12KV ~ 220KV switchgear and circuit breaker operating mechanisms to domestic and foreign customers.
In 2008, the company established the only provincial-level operating mechanism research institute in China-Zhejiang Shunli Operating Mechanism Research Institute, specializing in the design, manufacturing process and reliability of operating mechanisms; at the same time, in order to grasp the development of products in real time The technical trend of the company has long established long-term technical cooperation relations with Xi'an High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute and Zhejiang University and other scientific research institutes and universities, and with a number of global top 500 multinational companies and domestic large and medium-sized high-voltage switchgear manufacturing enterprises to implement joint project development and technical cooperation. Through years of continuous technological innovation, the company has 57 patents in the design and manufacture of medium and high voltage switchgear and circuit breaker operating mechanism, including 25 invention patents. The enterprise is 2010 assessed as a state-level high-tech enterprise.
After 20 years of research and accumulation, the company has unique advantages in product design technology, cutting process, heat treatment process, surface treatment process and so on. The Institute of Operating Institutions is equipped with: design department, process department, intelligent laboratory, prototype trial production department, reliability laboratory and other departments. The company's quality management department is equipped with: physical and chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, salt corrosion test, hardness test, flaw detection, spring fatigue test and other sets of high-level special testing equipment and general testing equipment for secondary electrical devices, as well as various analog testing systems equipped according to the requirements of transmission force and mechanical characteristics of different switching equipment. These departments bear the burden of the company's new product research and development, raw materials into the factory, process supervision, manufacturing process control and other whole process quality management.
The company still insists on being specialized and refined, and has been doing a good job in the supporting role of power switchgear and circuit breaker manufacturers as its own responsibility, and continues to study this field in depth, in order to further improve the reliability of the operating mechanism and make its own efforts for the safe and reliable operation of the power system.
